Somehow I’ve been blessed enough to call Maui home since I was 7 years old. Living on an island in the middle of the ocean has shaped who I am: an outdoors lover, traveler, hiker, beachgoer… pretty much anything outside-er. Who am I kidding… I also love spending my days cozying up inside.

You know those things that make you feel truly alive? For me, that’s photography. I feel the most fulfilled when I get to hang out with an amazing couple and freeze time for them. Because these moments don’t last forever. We take photos not just for ourselves, but for future generations. So they can see their story and where they came from. As much as I love to see my images on social media or printed, knowing they’ll be looked at in 50 years makes me the most excited.

Photography aside, I’m also very passionate about living a simple life. “Less but better” is my life motto. Living in Hawaii really teaches you what truly matters in life… and it’s not a bunch of “stuff”.
