COUPLES/ENGAGEMENTS FEATURED Iao Valley Kanaha Beach Park

Maui Engagement Photography

I met up with Bridget and Michael in a parking lot and we immediately gave one of those “I’ve known you forever” types of hugs. My favorite type. Bridget opened up the back of their Jeep and showed me a ton of outfits. I love it when my couples do this. That way we can pick through and coordinate together. Picking outfits can seem so stressful so please let me help you with it!!

We started off the session with a short hike up to a beautiful mountain lookout. Once we were there Bridget & Michael changed out of their workout clothes and into their cute outfits.

These two warned me that they haven’t done photos before and that they may be awkward for their Maui Engagement Photography Session. That was not the case at all. They were such naturals. They were so good at cuddling in close and stealing a few kisses here and there which is what I love for my couples to do.

After our short hike, we headed down to the beach! My very favorite thing about shooting on the beach is that it gives my couples all of the space to move around together. My sessions have a lot of movement so being on the beach without worrying about stepping off a cliff is always nice 😉

Ok that ring picture with the giant monstera leaf may just be my new obsession. But i have to ask, were there any dinosaurs? Incredible picture and location and you’re right, they were naturals!

OMG these are so beautiful! I love how you incorporated elements of their surroundings into certain photos <3

These are beautiful! I love that she had a fancy outfit and a more casual one. Feels so authentic to the couple!
