Danielle & Rob came to one of the best venues in the world (literally) to get married. The Haiku Mill is an old sugar mill located on the North Shore of Maui. The property was restored years ago and now it’s a top rated venue.
Rob & Danielle were bummed that they couldn’t bring their dogs to Maui, so Rob had custom socks made… with their dogs faces on them!!
Danielle’s dad performed the ceremony which made it all the more special! I always recommend having someone that you know officiate your wedding. This might seem difficult when you’re having a destination wedding in Hawaii, but it’s actually really easy to become ordained! A simple google search will lead you right to a website where you can become a legal officiant.
One of my favorite details from their wedding was the place settings. Each seat at the table had a framed photo of the guest. This made it such a fun way for the guests to find their seats. Not all of the guests knew each other, so it also provided a fun way for guests to connect. Some of the photos were hilarious (like a car halfway off a cliff), so I’m sure the stories were so fun to tell.
